This week digs into the Form 10 of yet another upcoming spin-off in the automotive industry. One side of the spin is growing rapidly and will see an improved growth profile post-spin… The other side is high-margin and cash generative with low leverage. I’ll try to set some price parameters to keep an eye on these pieces post-spin.
