Thanks for the analysis. There are fears from the recent AI trend. CNXC has said they will take advantage of AI to reduce costs and increase margins.

However, I couldn’t find very specific details about it. The company said it has invested in AI solutions in the automation field in the past, and even they have successfully allocated it in clients; they are aware of the AI benefits to the business (the opposite as the market claims)

Track record has been very good. Pretty surprising if entire share decline / multiple compression due to hype around AI/ChatGPT but maybe it will be quite disruptive? Customer service "bots" are not a new concept but maybe they'll be able to do more?

Admittedly hard to fully comprehend this business, their model, and potential risks... but M&A track record + multiple compression sure make it interesting!
